Female - Real Estate Recruitment Specialist

Hiring a recruitment specialist for Aarna Real Estate, a Dubai based real estate brokerage firm. We are looking for someone who understands both the recruitment process and the unique needs of the real estate industry in Dubai.

1. Define the Job Description

  • Role: Recruitment Specialist for Aarna Real Estate, Dubai
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and recruit real estate agents/brokers on commission basis only, and salary based administrative staff.
  • Manage job postings on relevant platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, local real estate boards).
  • Screen candidates and conduct interviews.
  • Build relationships with real estate professionals.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific needs for various roles.
  • Required Skills:
  • English speaker with excepetional communication skills
  • Proven experience in recruitment in Dubai real estate is must.
  • Strong understanding of Dubai real estate industry trends and talent needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Negotiation skills for handling offers and salary discussions.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is required.
  • Previous recruitment experience in Dubai real estate is must.
  • Knowledge of local real estate regulations and market dynamics.

2. Advertising the Role

  • Post the job on real estate-specific job boards (e.g., Real Estate Jobs, WorkInRealEstate) as well as general job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor).
  • Use social media to reach potential candidates, specifically targeting real estate professionals or those with experience in similar roles.

3. Screen Candidates

  • Review resumes for relevant recruitment experience and knowledge of the real estate industry.
  • Conduct in person interviews to assess candidates’ communication skills, understanding of real estate, and ability to build relationships.
  • Ask about their experience recruiting for sales positions or similar roles..

5. Offer and Onboard candidates

  • Once the ideal candidate is selected, prepare offer and bring them onborad.
  • Provide an effective onboarding process, including introducing them to the team and providing access to necessary tools and systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
