ARK Real Estate is Urgently looking for a dynamic, dedicated and Experienced Real Estate / Property Telesales Consultant to join our team and work as full time in our company.

Qualifications:

• Min. 1 year experience in Dubai Real Estate Telesales
• Excellent communication skills
• Must have good telephone etiquette and good customer service skills
• Self-motivated, confident, persevering
• Should be a team player, persistent, resourceful and result-driven

Job Description:

• Call potential clients from provided leads
• Introduce company services and available property listings
• Schedule appointments for property consultants
• Maintain and update client records
• Follow up with interested leads
• Update knowledge by studying listings; visiting properties; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional and community organizations.
• Conduct research and analysis of property market to identify areas with increasing demand and profitability margin
• Maintain regular contact with Developers, landlords, investors, tenants and owners to find new opportunities.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of government housing/property laws and policies of UAE

Experience:

• Dubai Real Estate Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving License (Preferred)
