Experienced Real Estate Agent ( Chinese )

We are looking for experienced as Real Estate Sales Agents to join our dynamic team and capitalise on Dubai’s thriving property market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively engage with clients to understand their property requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Build and maintain long term relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and close deals efficiently.
• Stay updated on Dubai's real estate market trends, new projects, and competitive developments.
• Collaborate with the in house marketing team to leverage branding and lead-generation campaigns.
• Maintain an organised database of leads and clients using the CRM system.
• Represent the company professionally during client interactions, events, and property exhibitions.
• Collaborate with RMs to gain priority access to high demand projects and negotiate better terms or allocations n for clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 Months - 1 year of experience in the UAE real estate industry, candidates from Chinese preferred
• Up to date knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, trends, and emerging opportunities.
• Strong core sales background with proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Proficiency in languages skills in English and Malayalam (Arabic is a plus).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
