Job Description:

Punjab Mobile Training Center is seeking a responsible and organized Female Attendance & Administration Officer to manage staff attendance records and monitor daily operations.

We are looking for a professional and friendly Female Receptionist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist visitors and clients.
  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Manage appointments and schedules.
  • Maintain office records and files.
  • Handle emails and basic administrative tasks.
  • Provide general support to office staff.

Requirements:

  • Female candidate preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic to intermediate computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email, Internet).
  • Well-groomed and professional appearance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous receptionist or office experience will be an advantage.
