Position: Female Receptionist – Real Estate Office

About the Role

We are looking for a professional, polished, and highly organized Female Receptionist to be the face of our organization in Dubai. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, you will play a key role in delivering a positive first impression and ensuring smooth daily operations at the front desk.

The ideal candidate is confident, approachable, and adept at multitasking — maintaining a calm, welcoming, and professional demeanor at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Guest Relations

  • Warmly greet and welcome all visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly reception experience.
  • Answer and manage incoming calls, direct inquiries, and take accurate messages.
  • Maintain a tidy, organized, and professional reception area.

Visitor & Appointment Coordination

  • Assist guests with inquiries, directions, and meeting arrangements.
  • Manage visitor logs and issue passes in line with security protocols.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and provide support for internal meetings and events.

Administrative Support

  • Handle daily correspondence, including phone calls, emails, mail, and courier services.
  • Provide administrative assistance to HR and other departments, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring timely replenishment.

Office Coordination & Communication

  • Liaise with internal departments to support seamless communication and workflow.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist with scheduling, report preparation, and organizing company activities as required.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, or in a similar customer service role.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment (phones, printers, scanners, etc.).
  • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain composed, efficient, and courteous in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
