Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Call Center Specialist located in Alexandria, Egypt.

The Call Center Specialist will be responsible for providing customer support, communicating effectively with customers, delivering exceptional customer service in contact centers, and being computer literate in handling customer inquiries and issues.

Qualifications

• Customer Support and Customer Service skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Proficiency in Contact Centers operations
• Computer Literacy in handling customer inquiries
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Experience 2 to 3 years in a similar role.
• English language proficiency B1.
• Sales experience is a plus
• Graduate only

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay: E£6,000.00 - E£8,000.00 per month
