About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements while delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist clients with flight, hotel, holiday package, visa, transportation, and tour bookings.

* Understand customer travel needs and recommend suitable travel packages and itineraries.

* Provide professional travel advice and destination information.

* Handle inquiries, quotations, reservations, and booking modifications efficiently.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

* Resolve customer concerns and travel-related issues in a timely and professional manner.

* Stay updated on travel products, destinations, promotions, and industry trends.

Requirements

* Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

* Minimum 3 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry.

* Strong knowledge of travel products, destinations, and reservation systems.

* Experience using online booking platforms and travel reservation tools.

* Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple bookings simultaneously.

* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

* Maintain accurate records of bookings, customer interactions, and sales activities.

* Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Pay: E£12,000.00 - E£15,000.00 per month
