Female Sales Agent (On-Site)

Location: Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi
Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (On-site)
Type: Full-time (No remote or part-time option)

Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and result-oriented Female Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with clients, presenting services/products effectively, and achieving monthly sales targets while maintaining strong professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with walk-in clients in a professional manner
• Present, promote, and sell company products/services to prospective customers
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions
• Follow up with leads to ensure timely closure of deals
• Maintain accurate records of sales and client interactions
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
• Collaborate with the sales team and management to improve performance
• Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support where required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory if experienced)
• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or related field will be an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong presentation and persuasion abilities
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Must be available for full-time, on-site work (No remote/part-time option)
