Key Responsibilities:

Assisting customers with travel planning, including booking flights, hotels, tours, and transportation.

Providing excellent customer service and addressing customer inquiries.

Managing travel itineraries and ensuring all travel arrangements are in place.

Promoting travel packages and special offers to customers.

Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and offerings.

For experienced candidates, 1+ years of relevant experience preferred.

Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask.
