Female Sales and Leasing Agent

Gloria Real Estate is looking for a motivated and confident Female Sales & Leasing Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting, leasing, and selling residential properties while providing excellent service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle property sales and leasing inquiries
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Understand client requirements and offer suitable options
• Negotiate deals and close transactions professionally
• Coordinate with the team to achieve monthly targets
• Maintain accurate records and follow up with clients

Requirements:

• Female candidate preferred
• Experience in real estate sales or leasing is an advantage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Presentable, confident, and client-focused
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of The Pearl, Lusail, or Doha real estate market is a plus
