Female Sales Consultant cum Receptionist (Fitness & Nutrition Background)

We are hiring a target-driven Female Sales Consultant cum Receptionist for our gym in Dubai. If you are confident in closing deals, converting leads, and achieving sales targets, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Convert walk-ins and inquiries into gym memberships and PT sales
• Actively follow up with leads via calls and WhatsApp to close deals
• Promote memberships, personal training, and supplement sales
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Handle front desk operations and customer inquiries
• Maintain strong relationships with members to increase retention and upselling
• Guide members with basic fitness and nutrition advice
• Coordinate with trainers for PT sessions and upsell opportunities
• Maintain daily sales reports and client database

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales (gym/fitness industry preferred)
• Strong closing and convincing skills
• Excellent communication in English and Hindi
• Confident, energetic, and target-oriented personality
• Basic knowledge of fitness and nutrition

Salary & Benefits:

• AED 3,000 – 4,000 (based on experience)

Working Hours:

• 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM
• Between 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM, candidate can do personal workout while monitoring the reception
