Marketing Executive – Sales (Indeed Pointers)
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, emails, social media, and field visits.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed admissions/sales.
- Maintain and update CRM/lead sheets daily.
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent follow-up.
- Meet weekly and monthly sales targets consistently.
- Coordinate with the academic/operations team for smooth student onboarding.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports of performance and pipeline.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
- Maintain professional communication and product knowledge at all times.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets.
- Good understanding of sales funnels and lead management.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented personality.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills.

Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in sales or telecalling (education industry preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory if skilled.
Performance Expectations
- Achieve weekly sales target of AED ____ (as per company policy).
- Maintain minimum conversion ratio from leads to sales.
- Ensure high client satisfaction and quality communication.
