Female Sales Executive

Job Description:
Gulmohar City is hiring motivated and target-driven female Sales Executives to manage high-volume calling, lead follow-ups, and sales conversions for our residential project.

Responsibilities:

• Make 70+ connected calls daily to prospective clients
• Conduct regular and timely follow-ups with leads
• Explain project details, pricing, and payment plans
• Convert inquiries into site visits and bookings
• Maintain accurate call logs and lead records
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets (KPIs)

Requirements:

• Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience in real estate, telesales, or call center sales is a plus
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-oriented and disciplined work approach
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
