Female Sales Executive - Night Shift

Wave 2.0 is hiring high energy Female Sales Executives for our inbound US healthcare campaigns. If you have excellent English communication skills and thrive in a fast paced environment, this is the perfect role for you. We focus on high volume inbound traffic where your goal is to qualify the caller and perform a Live Transfer to our licensed closers.

The Role

Unlike traditional sales roles, there is no end to end closing required. You will handle inbound calls from US based customers interested in health insurance. Your primary responsibility is to engage the customer, verify their eligibility for ACA (Affordable Care Act) or Medicare, and successfully transfer the live call to a senior specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Inbound Call Handling: Manage incoming calls from US customers with professionalism and energy.
• Lead Qualification: Quickly assess customer eligibility through brief, scripted discovery questions.
• Live Transfers: Seamlessly connect qualified leads to licensed agents via live transfer protocols.
• Script Adherence: Maintain high quality standards by following campaign scripts and compliance guidelines.
• Volume Management: Stay productive and focused during peak hours to maximize transfer counts.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience in US campaigns (ACA, Medicare, or Final Expense) is highly preferred, but freshers with exceptional English may apply.
• English Proficiency: Clear, fluent spoken English with a neutral or friendly accent.
• Availability: Must be able to work the Night Shift (5:45 PM to 4:00 AM).
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build instant rapport and keep callers engaged.
• Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, and motivated by performance targets.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive Base Salary: PKR 50,000 to 70,000 (Based on experience and communication level).

• Shift Timings: 5:45 PM to 4:00 AM (Monday to Friday).

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per day
