Female Sales Executive/Customer Sales Representative

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries (written & phone), negotiating deals, attracting new clients, and maintaining strong customer relationships to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms in a professional and timely manner.
• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
• Negotiate pricing and close sales deals effectively.
• Attract and acquire new customers through proactive communication.
• Send quotations, proposals, and follow-up emails to clients.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Sales or Customer Service is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
• Good knowledge of email communication and basic computer skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using CRM systems.
• Strong follow-up and closing skills.
• Professional email writing skills.
