SALES REPRESENTATIVE - Aftermarket Auto Spare Parts

Naoki Group is currently seeking an experienced Sales Representative with a background in handling Aftermarket Spare Parts, particularly for European automotive vehicles. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and exceptional customer service abilities. Prior experience in the UAE market is preferred. Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service to customers at the counter by addressing inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Utilize your expertise in European aftermarket automotive spare parts to assist customers
• Efficiently manage and navigate the Electronic Parts Catalog (EPC) to locate and identify parts accurately and promptly.
• Dealing with retail and wholesale sales.
• Arranging shipments, checking for discrepancies, and organizing parts to ensure optimal inventory levels and availability.
• Address and resolve any customer issues or concerns related to parts and services in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and competitor activities to better serve customers and contribute to sales strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven UAE Experience in the same field and position (2 to 3 years UAE experience)
• Proven experience in counter and field sales, particularly in handling aftermarket automotive spare parts, with a focus on European cars.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Familiarity with catalog management systems (EPC) and an understanding of automotive parts.
• Previous experience in the UAE market is highly desirable.
