Naoki Group is currently seeking an experienced Sales Representative with a background in handling Aftermarket Spare Parts, particularly for European automotive vehicles. Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to customers at the counter by addressing inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Utilize your expertise in European aftermarket automotive spare parts to assist customers
- Efficiently manage and navigate the Electronic Parts Catalog (EPC) to locate and identify parts accurately and promptly.
- Dealing with retail and wholesale sales.
- Arranging shipments, checking for discrepancies, and organizing parts to ensure optimal inventory levels and availability.
- Address and resolve any customer issues or concerns related to parts and services in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and competitor activities to better serve customers and contribute to sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven UAE Experience in the same field and position (2 to 3 years UAE experience)
- Proven experience in counter and field sales, particularly in handling aftermarket automotive spare parts, with a focus on European cars.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Familiarity with catalog management systems (EPC) and an understanding of automotive parts.
- Previous experience in the UAE market is highly desirable.
