Female Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.
• Maintain strong relations with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
• Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals.
• Coordinate with project and management teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and client needs.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in contracting, fit-out, or interior design companies in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE construction and real estate market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Good appearance and professional personality.
• Must be currently based in the UAE with a valid visa or transferable visa.
• Nationality Preference: Candidates from the Middle East, or Europe are highly Required.
