Female Sales Manager - Cosmetics Products

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our cosmetics sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the beauty and cosmetics industry, a proven track record of achieving sales targets, and the ability to inspire and manage a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy & Planning:

● Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

● Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

● Set sales objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team.

2. Team Management:

● Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.

● Provide training and ongoing development to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

● Conduct regular performance evaluations and address underperformance issues.

3. Customer Relationship Management:

● Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and retail partners.

● Identify new business opportunities and manage client portfolios.

● Ensure exceptional customer service standards are upheld across all sales channels.

4. Reporting & Analysis:

● Monitor sales metrics and generate detailed reports for senior management.

● Evaluate sales performance to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

● Use data insights to refine strategies and make informed decisions.

5. Collaboration & Coordination:

● Work closely with marketing teams to align promotional campaigns with sales goals.

● Coordinate with supply chain and production teams to ensure product availability.

● Act as a liaison between the company and distributors/retailers.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (master’s preferred).

Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within the cosmetics or beauty industry.

Skills:

o Strong knowledge of the cosmetics industry and consumer behavior.

o Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

o Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends.

o Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales analytics software.
