Job Title: Sales Manager (Events)

Location: City Walk, Dubai
Employment Type: Full-Time

Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead VIP client acquisition and deal closures for our events business. The ideal candidate has a strong, pleasing personality, exceptional negotiation skills, and the confidence to build long-term relationships with high-profile clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, target, and close deals with VIP and high-net-worth clients for events.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive recurring business.
  • Prepare and deliver customized proposals and presentations.
  • Collaborate with the events and operations team to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry networking events.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospects, leads, and conversions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in events, hospitality, or related sectors.
  • Strong and confident personality with a polished, pleasing demeanor.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Valid UAE driver’s license is required.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is an advantage.
