- Lead Generation: Proactively prospect and qualify new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social selling.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the sales process from initial contact through negotiation and final closing of deals.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products/services, market competitors, and industry trends.
- Presentations & Demos: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Reporting: Track all sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions accurately.
- Quota Achievement: Meet or exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven work experience (3 years) as a Sales Representative or in a similar relevant role.
- Track Record: History of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Competency in using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Attributes: Highly self-motivated, driven, and professional, with a strong commitment to customer service.
