Job Description:
Gloria Real Estate is looking for a reliable and well-organized Female Secretary who is fluent in Arabic and English to support daily office operations and ensure smooth communication within the company. The ideal candidate will be professional, detail-oriented, and capable of handling administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative and clerical duties
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence in Arabic and English
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
  • Maintain files, records, and office documentation
  • Assist management and team members with administrative support
  • Welcome clients and visitors in a professional manner
  • Ensure smooth office operations and follow up on pending tasks

Requirements:
