Female Security Guard (SIRA Certified)

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a SIRA Certified Female Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure the safety and security of personnel, property, and premises. This role requires vigilance, professionalism, and adherence to safety protocols at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons.
• Patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or unsafe situations.
• Respond to emergencies, alarms, and incidents as per security procedures.
• Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
• Operate security equipment such as CCTV, alarm systems, and access control systems.
• Ensure compliance with company and legal security protocols.
• Assist in crowd control during events or emergencies.
• Provide a safe and welcoming environment for all staff and visitors.

Requirements:

• Valid SIRA Certification (Mandatory)
• Good physical condition and ability to stand for long periods
• Excellent observation and reporting skills
• Professional demeanour and strong communication skills
• Basic knowledge of English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Candidate:

• Presentable and courteous, with a strong sense of responsibility
• Experience in malls, hotels, residential buildings, or corporate offices is a plus
