We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with a technical background in software development and full-stack technologies. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing complex projects involving software, mobile apps, and websites. You should also be comfortable contributing technically when required, whether it’s for live coding, pair programming, or solution design.

This position requires strong leadership skills, as it involves technical management, team coordination, and client interaction. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys driving impactful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full lifecycle of software, mobile, and web development projects.
• Take the lead on technical client calls, demos, and requirement gathering sessions.
• Collaborate with developers in live coding or pair programming sessions when necessary.
• Break down client requirements into actionable tasks, timelines, and workflows.
• Manage Agile development cycles, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Ensure code quality, timeline adherence, and client satisfaction.
• Work across diverse teams, including design, QA, and DevOps.
• Troubleshoot technical challenges, mentor team members, and enhance team performance.
• Lead technical documentation, status updates, and performance reviews for the team.

Required Technical Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in development and technical project management.
• Strong expertise in the following technologies:
• PHP & WordPress (including custom plugins, themes, and WooCommerce)
• MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js)
• PERN Stack (PostgreSQL, Express, React, Node.js)
• React Native (for cross-platform mobile development)
• Experience with Python is a plus.
• Proficiency in deployment tools, API integrations, and version control (Git).
• Familiarity with publishing apps on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, and CI/CD platforms.
• Ability to write and review production-level code when required.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.

Soft Skills:

• Fluent English communication skills (both written and spoken) as client interaction will be daily.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs12,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
