Office Location: Chaklala Scheme 3, Rawalpindi, Pakistan

Essential Requirement:
This position involves daily interaction with international clients. Outstanding spoken and written English is mandatory, as you will be leading technical discussions, solution consultations, and coordination calls with both clients and internal development teams.

Position Overview (Female Candidates Only)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager / Technical Voice Manager (Female) with a strong software development background. This role demands the ability to lead complex web, mobile, and software projects while actively contributing to technical decision-making and execution when needed.

You will play a central role in client communication, technical leadership, and team coordination. This opportunity is best suited for someone who is confident, technically sound, and comfortable taking ownership of end-to-end project delivery.

Core Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of software, mobile application, and web development projects
• Lead technical discussions during client meetings, demos, and requirement-gathering sessions
• Support development teams through solution design, live troubleshooting, or pair programming when required
• Convert business and technical requirements into clear tasks, timelines, and delivery plans
• Manage Agile workflows including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Ensure development quality, milestone adherence, and client satisfaction
• Coordinate closely with designers, QA engineers, DevOps, and developers
• Identify and resolve technical challenges while mentoring team members
• Maintain technical documentation, project reports, and performance evaluations

Required Technical Expertise

4+ years of combined experience in development and technical project management

Hands-on experience with:

• PHP & WordPress (custom themes, plugins, WooCommerce)
• MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js)
• PERN Stack (PostgreSQL, Express, React, Node.js)
• React Native for cross-platform mobile development

Additional advantages:

• Working knowledge of Python
• Experience with API integrations, deployment pipelines, and Git-based version control
• Publishing applications on Google Play Store and Apple App Store
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, and CI/CD systems
• Ability to review, optimize, and write production-ready code when required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs230,000.00 per month
