Project Manager for Technical Voice for Software, Mobile & Web Development projects

Key Requirements:

This role demands exceptional English communication skills (both spoken and written), as you will be leading technical discussions with clients on a daily basis, offering solution consultations, and collaborating directly with developers. Clear, concise, and confident communication is essential for this role.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with a technical background in development, specifically with expertise in full-stack technologies. You should be able to manage complex projects, including software, mobile apps, and websites, while also contributing to development tasks as needed—whether it's live coding, pair programming, or architectural planning.

This role is highly visible and involves both technical leadership and client management, making it ideal for someone who enjoys delivering impactful results and managing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of projects across software, mobile apps, and web platforms.
• Serve as the primary technical lead on client calls, demos, and during requirement discovery sessions.
• Collaborate with developers during live coding or pair programming as required.
• Break down client requirements into structured tasks, timelines, and actionable workflows.
• Supervise Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Ensure project milestones are met, maintaining high code quality and meeting client expectations.
• Work across cross-functional teams, including design, QA, and DevOps, to deliver seamless solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges, support team members, and drive performance improvements.
• Lead the creation of technical documentation, progress reports, and team performance evaluations.

Required Technical Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in both technical project management and development.
• Strong expertise in:
• PHP & WordPress (Custom plugins, themes, WooCommerce)
• MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js)
• PERN Stack (PostgreSQL, Express, React, Node.js)
• React Native (for cross-platform mobile apps)
• Python knowledge is a strong bonus.
• Proficient in using deployment tools, API integrations, and version control (Git).
• Experience with publishing apps on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, and CI/CD platforms.
• Ability to write and review production-level code when necessary.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.

Soft Skills:

• Fluent English communication (both written and verbal) is essential, as you’ll be in daily communication with clients.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with a focus on team collaboration.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and interact with diverse stakeholders effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
