Globe Call Centre is seeking a creative, proactive, and results-oriented, Female Social Media Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about digital marketing, brand storytelling, and online engagement — an individual who can transform ideas into impactful campaigns and strengthen our brand presence across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and schedule engaging content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Plan, execute, and analyze social media campaigns to increase engagement and brand visibility.
  • Monitor trends, respond to audience interactions, and maintain a consistent brand voice.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling visuals, videos, and written content.
  • Track campaign performance through analytics, prepare reports, and provide actionable recommendations.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1–2 years of proven experience in social media management or a related field. (Fresh graduates with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply.)
  • In-depth understanding of social media algorithms, content strategies, and engagement tools.
  • Excellent communication, creative writing, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design or video editing tools is an added advantage.

Office Location: Plot no. 206, East Service Road, I 10/3, Islamabad

Office Timings: 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm
