Era Inventions is an international it company . We are expanding our digital presence and looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead and grow our brand across multiple platforms.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
• Create engaging, high-quality content (posts, reels, videos, graphics, stories, blogs, etc.) aligned with the company’s brand voice.
• Design visually appealing graphics, videos, and creatives using Canva or other tools.
• Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and monitoring of social media accounts.
• Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, followers).
• Run paid ad campaigns to increase reach and generate leads.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build an active online community.
• Work with the marketing and design teams to ensure consistency of brand presence globally.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
• Preference will be given to candidates with content creation, Canva, and graphic design skills.
• Experience with social media ads (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Creative thinking with an eye for design and current trends.
• Ability to work independently and with international teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field (preferred).

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
