Job Overview:
Sapphire Plaza Hotel is seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Specialist / Graphic Designer to join our team. This role combines visual storytelling with digital marketing, ideal for someone who can design compelling content and manage engaging social media platforms to elevate our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality graphics for social media, promotions, and marketing campaigns
• Plan, manage, and execute content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
• Create engaging photo and video content, including short-form reels and promotional videos
• Capture on-site content (events, food & beverage, hotel experiences)
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize content strategies
• Stay updated with social media trends and implement creative ideas

Requirements:

• Must be currently based in Qatar
• Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools)
• Proven experience in social media management
• Experience in content creation, including filming and editing short videos/reels
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and creativity

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the hospitality or food & beverage industry is a strong advantage
