Female Social Media Specialist (UGC Content Creator)

We are seeking a creative and trend-aware Female Social Media Specialist with strong UGC content creation skills to manage and grow our social media presence for tech product sales and promotions. This role is hands-on and focuses on shooting, editing, and publishing engaging short-form content that drives reach, engagement, and conversions.

The ideal candidate understands social media trends, sales-driven content, and product storytelling, and can turn everyday tech products into compelling visuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Create UGC-style photo and video content for tech products (mobiles, accessories, wearables, etc.)
• Shoot, edit, and publish short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and similar platforms
• Develop sales-focused and promotional content for discounts, launches, and flash sales
• Manage day-to-day social media posting and content execution
• Write engaging hooks, captions, and voiceovers
• Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign goals
• Coordinate with E-Commerce and Marketing teams to support online sales
• Stay updated with social media trends and viral formats
• Assist in basic content planning and monthly calendars

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Media, Marketing, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in Social Media Management and/or UGC Content Creation
• Strong video shooting and editing skills (mobile or camera)
• Hands-on experience with CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools
• Understanding of sales-driven and promotional content
• Creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced e-commerce environment
• Interest in tech products and social media trends

Job Details

• Timings: Monday – Saturday (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
• Location: MM Alam Road, Gulberg 3, Lahore
• Salary: Up to PKR 100,000

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
