We are looking to hire a Female Senior Technical Project Manager who combines strong technical expertise with excellent communication skills. In this role, you will work closely with international clients, leading conversations around technical solutions, presenting project strategies, and serving as the primary bridge between clients and internal development teams. Strong written and verbal English communication is essential.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on exposure to software development along with proven experience managing web, mobile, and custom software projects. You should be comfortable discussing system architecture, reviewing technical work, contributing to design decisions, and collaborating with development teams on complex technical challenges when required.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the complete lifecycle of web, mobile, and software development projects
• Conduct client meetings for requirements discovery, technical discussions, product demonstrations, and progress reporting
• Convert business requirements into clear technical plans, timelines, and execution strategies
• Work closely with development teams on architecture planning and complex technical implementations
• Facilitate Agile workflows including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, and sprint retrospectives
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule while maintaining quality standards and meeting client expectations
• Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams such as design, QA, and DevOps
• Identify project risks, development bottlenecks, and technical issues early and implement solutions
• Maintain organized project documentation, status reports, and regular client communication
• Track team performance and continuously improve delivery processes and workflows

Technical Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in technical project management with prior development exposure
• Practical experience with:
• PHP and WordPress (custom theme development, plugin creation, WooCommerce customization)
• MERN Stack – MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js
• PERN Stack – PostgreSQL, Express.js, React, Node.js
• React Native for mobile application development
• Familiarity with Python is an added advantage
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, deployment workflows, and Git-based version control
• Experience managing mobile app submission and publishing on Google Play Store and Apple App Store
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, and CI/CD platforms
• Ability to review and evaluate production-quality code
• Strong analytical thinking and technical decision-making skills

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs230,000.00 per month
