Female Speaking Marketing Manager - Beauty / FMCG

Our client, manages several leading Beauty & Spa brands across the Region and due to rapid expansion and increased Market share they are looking to Recruit a Marketing Manager to lead a team across all categories primarily within B2B.

Your main focus will be to develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. Work closely with the General Manager with regard to marketing advertising website content and Social Media. You will be responsible for creating promotional activities of the organization.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Marketing Strategies

• Execute and implementation of marketing activities following the Principles guidelines.
• Strategically plan, promote and execute marketing events to support sales efforts. Execution includes advertising and promotions, market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products.
• Oversee marketing material translation efforts.

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS

• Effectively designs and implement marketing plans
• Excellent communication and computer presentation (MS Application-Word, Excel and PPT)
• Excellent organizational and project management
• Effectively and Efficiently handling multiple and shifting priorities in a fast paced environment
• Maintain confidentiality at all times

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS

• Must keep abreast of all business strategies, developments in the Beauty/Spa industry, management strategies, evolving technology and management tools that can be adopted to enhance education activities on a continual basis.

• The management tools / methodology / implementation mechanism to achieve marketing objectives.
• Result oriented approach and ability to speedily resolve a variety of issues arising from marketing concerns

Person Profile

Ideally they are looking for a Female that has been working in the Region for a minimum of a year with a good understanding of reading and writing Arabic. This role is an exciting opportunity to grow your own business unit within a short period of time so good team management skills also essential.
