Female SR. Barista

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to lead and inspire our coffee team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, maintaining exceptional customer service standards, and supporting the daily operations of our café. As a senior team member, you will also mentor junior baristas, ensure adherence to company standards, and contribute to a welcoming, efficient, and clean environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso-based drinks to the highest quality standards

Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff, including training and performance support

Ensure smooth daily operations including stock management, machine maintenance, and cleanliness

Maintain excellent customer service by creating a warm and engaging atmosphere

Collaborate with management to implement new menu items and improve workflow

Monitor quality control and ensure consistency in beverage preparation

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment maintenance

Leadership skills and experience mentoring or supervising others

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Passion for coffee and a commitment to continuous learning
