Female Talent Acquisition Recruiter (Blue & White Collar Jobs)

We are seeking a proactive and driven Talent Acquisition / Recruiter with prior experience in HR consultancies or recruitment agencies. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of end-to-end recruitment processes and a background in account coordination or client relationship management. This is a dynamic role suited for someone who can manage multiple hiring requirements across various sectors, including domestic staff and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for diverse roles, including blue-collar positions.
  • Recruit female domestic staff such as babysitters, nannies, and housekeepers, among others.
  • Support healthcare hiring initiatives as required.
  • Liaise with clients to understand hiring needs and role specifications.
  • Maintain and manage candidate pipelines and coordinate interview scheduling.
  • Support contract coordination and account management activities.
  • Keep recruitment databases updated and generate regular status reports.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of recruitment experience, ideally within a recruitment agency or HR consultancy.
  • Proven experience in hiring blue-collar workers and domestic staff.
  • Familiarity with healthcare recruitment is a plus.
  • Experience recruiting for GCC or EU markets is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of account/client management practices.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
