Female Tele Marketing

  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote logistics services (freight, courier, shipping, warehousing, last-mile delivery, etc.)
  • Generate new leads and qualify prospects based on shipping needs, volume, routes, and timelines
  • Explain company services, pricing structures, transit times, and value propositions clearly
  • Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and previously contacted leads to close sales opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM or tracking systems
  • Schedule meetings or hand over qualified leads to the sales team
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups
  • Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries related to services and shipments
  • Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to support sales and marketing strategies
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly call targets, lead generation goals, and conversion KPIs
  • Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
  • Stay updated on company offerings, industry trends, and competitor services
  • Resolve basic customer concerns or escalate issues to the relevant department
