Female Telecaller (Remote)

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and fluent Female Telecaller to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, introducing our company’s services or products, and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

This position is ideal for someone confident in communication, organized in follow-ups, and passionate about sales and customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make daily outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
• Explain products/services and generate interest or sales leads.
• Maintain a database of customer information and update call logs regularly.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly.
• Handle customer questions and provide accurate information.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth conversion of leads.
• Meet or exceed assigned daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
• Maintain professionalism and excellent communication on every call.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Minimum 1 year of telecalling or sales experience (preferably in UAE or remote role).
• Strong communication and persuasive skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Must have access to a smartphone/laptop and a stable internet connection.

Compensation:

Fixed Salary + Attractive Commission Structure
