Job Description:

-Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential buyers, sellers, or renters based on their real estate needs and preferences.

-Property Information: Provide detailed information about available properties, including location, features, pricing, and availability.

- Answering Inquiries: Address client inquiries and concerns, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

-Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and information in a CRM system.

Qualifications:
- Own visa / Husband visa open to apply

-High school diploma or equivalent (a college degree may be preferred).

- Proven experience in telemarketing or customer service, with preference for real estate-related experience.

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

-Excellent phone etiquette.

-Customer-focused approach.
