Job Description:
We are looking for dynamic, self-motivated, and target-driven individuals to join our growing team at AdsDial. If you are someone who can build strong customer relationships, handle tele-calls with confidence, and manage WhatsApp Business API communication effectively – we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update customer details using CRM software like TeleCRM.
• Communicate with clients over phone and WhatsApp in Hindi and English.
• Convince clients, handle queries, and generate sales for the agency.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Be proactive in achieving sales targets and open to taking challenges.
• Coordinate with the team to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
• 1-2 years of prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer relationship management is preferred.
• Knowledge of CRM tools (TeleCRM) and WhatsApp Business API will be an added advantage.
• Strong convincing power and ability to handle rejections confidently.
• Self-disciplined, motivated, and target-oriented.
• Must have a laptop/PC, smartphone, and stable internet connection.

Job Type:

• Remote (Work from Home)

Salary & Benefits:

• ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (depending on experience)
