Female Telesales Executive (Real Estate)

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to property owners and potential clients
• Generate leads for property management and leasing services
• Explain company services and maintain professional client relationships
• Schedule meetings for the property management team
• Maintain and update CRM records
• Achieve monthly targets and KPIs
• Follow up with clients through calls, WhatsApp, and email

Requirements:

• Female candidates only
• Experience in telesales in the UAE real estate brokerage is a must
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Strong persuasion and client handling skills
• Confident, target-driven and proactive personality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• UAE experience preferred
