Key Responsibilities

• Proactively build, manage, and grow your own client portfolio with a focus on Dutch- and English-speaking investors.
• Actively generate new leads through networking, referrals, and company resources.
• Advise clients on purchasing off-plan properties and guide them through the full sales cycle.
• Conduct presentations, property tours, and investment consultations.
• Stay up to date with Dubai’s real estate market, new project launches, and developer offerings.
• Consistently achieve sales targets while providing exceptional client service.

Requirements

• At least 1 year experience as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai(off-plan experience is a strong advantage).
• Fluency in Dutch and English (additional languages are a plus).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• RERA certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
