FEMALE TRAINEE ENGINEER

Cosmos Engineering is looking for passionate, proactive female engineers to join our Techno-Commercial & Engineering Team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career engineers who want hands-on exposure in heavy mechanical, electrical, metallurgical, and manufacturing industries, as well as tendering, projects, and business development.

Required Qualification

• B.Tech, DAE, BE, or Master’s Degree in:
• Mechanical Engineering
• Metallurgy / Materials Engineering
• Manufacturing Engineering
• Electrical Engineering (related to industrial systems)

Only candidates with engineering background will be considered.

Position

Female Trainee Engineer / Technical Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in engineering, tendering, and techno-commercial activities
• Prepare and compile tenders, compliance sheets, BOQs, and evaluation reports
• Support sales teams in up-selling and cross-selling engineering products
• Work on costing, vendor comparisons, and technical documentation
• Participate in technical and commercial bid evaluations
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Project, and Procurement Teams
• Manage contract documentation, variation orders, and claims
• Maintain follow-ups with customers, suppliers, and contractors
• Assist in project close-out, reporting, and historical data analysis
• Visit customers across Pakistan when required
• Conduct market research and industry tracking
• Maintain confidentiality and corporate compliance
