About the Role:

MB Technology is looking for a skilled and passionate Female Call Center Trainer to train, guide, and mentor our agents. You’ll play a key role in building strong teams, improving communication skills, and helping agents achieve their performance goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct onboarding and training sessions for new recruits.
• Provide product knowledge, process, and communication training.
• Monitor and support agents during the nesting period.
• Design and update training material, manuals, and assessments.
• Conduct refresher training for existing staff as required.
• Collaborate with the Quality Control & Operations teams to address performance gaps.
• Deliver one-on-one coaching and performance feedback.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of proven experience as a call center trainer.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Strong mentoring and motivational abilities.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and training tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
