Responsibilities
Assist with the setup and preparation of fencing projects, including site layout and material staging. Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment to cut, assemble, and install fencing materials such as wood, vinyl, chain link, or metal panels. Perform heavy lifting tasks to move materials and equipment safely around the job site. Support carpentry tasks related to framing, concrete forming, or landscape maintenance as needed. Help with concrete finishing and masonry work for fence posts or foundation footings. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency throughout each project. Follow safety protocols diligently while working on construction sites to prevent accidents or injuries.

Requirements
Previous experience in construction or carpentry is highly desirable; familiarity with frame carpentry, masonry, or concrete forming is a plus. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and basic construction equipment safely and effectively. Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions. Knowledge of construction site safety procedures and adherence to OSHA standards. Experience with landscape maintenance or hardscape projects is beneficial but not mandatory. Willingness to learn new skills such as welding or concrete finishing techniques. A proactive attitude with excellent teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with crew members.
