Euro Motors, the official authorized dealer of Ferrari, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Ferrari Sales Manager to lead and grow our luxury sports car sales operation. This role requires a passion for the Ferrari brand, strong leadership skills, and proven experience in high-end automotive sales.
Responsibilities:
- Review, monitor, and react to the monthly KPI of sales and take P&L responsibility and ownership across new and used car businesses.
- Assist sales staff in closing deals on a daily basis as the need arises.
- Identifying and evaluating dealer local market potentials.
- Developing the sales plan and budget, sharing them with the Brand Manager (if applicable) or General Manager.
- Oversees the management of the whole cycle of customer acquisition, customer consultation, and order placement to new car delivery process (incl. test drive procedure).
- Gaining a comprehensive knowledge of competitors to achieve set commercial target.
- Organize and manage showroom activities and ensure compliancy of showroom operation standards defined by Ferrari.
- Sell and promote activities and events to customers.
- Ensure correct use and full follow up of CRM system and prospects data management.
- Drive understanding of Dealer Composite Program within Sales department.
- Manage stock to ensure proper stock level and stock age.
- Ensure merchandise corner is well managed.
- Ensure personalization area is well managed (samples updated, car configurator updated).
- Develop a network that generate new prospects for the business.
- Supervising the achievement of Ferrari’s guidelines and KPIs for the Sales Area.
- Defining control parameters for sales force / back-office activities.
- Communicating daily with Sales team and After Sales dept. to ensure alignment and understanding of additional opportunities.
- Manage sales executive sales process to ensure maximum customer satisfaction in purchase experience.
- Manage sales executive activities and ensure the correct follow up of prospects.
- Ensure the correct sales proposition of GAMA accessories and of Power Extended Warranties.
- Promote collaboration between Sales, Marketing and Aftersales Dept in order to grant the full support to sales targets in coordination with the Brand Manager (if applicable).
- Motivating and providing incentives (if any) to Salesmen for targets achievement in coordination with the Brand Manager (if applicable) or General Manager.
- Managing sales bonus' (if any), resignations, and hiring for Sales force/back-office in coordination with the Brand Manager (if applicable) or General Manager.
- Managing internal training, new sales executives orientation and on job training.
- Develop Sales Staff.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in luxury automotive sales, with managerial experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a premium brand environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Passion for luxury vehicles and the Ferrari brand.
- Valid driving license.
