Fertility Nurse

Responsible for assisting in IVF procedures, administering injections/medications, and monitoring patients pre- and post-treatment. Must ensure accurate documentation, sterile practices, and compassionate patient care. Experience in fertility/IVF setup preferred; nursing registration mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist doctors during procedures such as oocyte retrieval, embryo transfer, and intrauterine insemination (IUI).
• Administer fertility-related medications, including hormonal injections as per protocol.
• Monitor and assess patients before and after procedures.
• Educate patients on medication schedules, treatment cycles, and aftercare.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• GNM / B.Sc. Nursing with valid nursing council registration.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in IVF ONLY (preferred).
• Strong clinical skills, compassion, and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts as per the treatment schedule.
• Good communication and patient-handling skills.
