Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an FF&E Designer based in Zamalek. The FF&E Designer will be responsible for selecting furniture, finishes, and materials that align with client needs and project concepts. The role includes preparing mood boards, design presentations, and FF&E specifications, as well as coordinating with clients, suppliers, and the showroom team to ensure accurate execution. Additional responsibilities involve providing design guidance, supporting the sales team with product knowledge, and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the design and selection process.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in FF&E design, interior design, or a related field—preferably within the furniture industry.
• Strong creative and conceptual skills with a keen eye for materials, fabrics, and finishes.
• Ability to prepare FF&E boards, design proposals, and specification sheets.
• Excellent communication and client-interaction skills, with the ability to translate client needs into design solutions.
• Experience in coordinating with suppliers, managing selections, and ensuring product accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and adaptability to client preferences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with design software such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, or similar is a plus.
