What You’ll Do

• Direct a team of senior graphic designers and UX specialists from briefing to assessment, ensuring effective use of their talents.
• Lead brainstorming and creative sessions to generate innovative ideas.
• Revise and approve content, designs, and presentations — providing clear, constructive feedback.
• Prepare and execute the designers’ team action plans and monitor overall performance.
• Contribute operational insights and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
• Provide a clear, creative vision to grow and guide the design team in delivering special strategic projects.
• Design unique and well-crafted web and app interfaces that meet clients’ and business needs.
• Conceive and implement creative concepts, guidelines, and strategies in various design and IT projects from idea to execution.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and align creative outputs with objectives.
• Supervise 2D/3D creative production, models, and visuals, ensuring stakeholder approval.
• Oversee all special design projects — from concept through implementation.
• Implement and monitor production, quality, and client-service standards.
• Conduct quality audits and efficiency tests for design outputs.
• Identify market trends in UX, social media, and digital branding.
• Manage project scheduling, internal assignments, and deliverable tracking.
• Stay constantly updated on emerging design tools, styles, and creative technologies.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or Visual Communication.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in creative or art direction (preferably in media or digital agencies).
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, XD) and Figma.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, branding, and digital content creation.
• Experience leading creative teams and managing multiple design projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
• Up-to-date with global design trends and new creative technologies.
• Strong portfolio showcasing leadership and innovative visual projects.
