People and Organisation Senior Executive | MAF Entertainment | Head Office

ROLE SUMMARY

The People and Organisation Senior Executive serves as a trusted operational partner, providing advanced support in executing people strategies that enhance employee engagement, development, and organizational effectiveness.

ROLE PROFILE

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, ensuring compliance with internal standards.
• Provide advanced guidance to employees and managers on people and organisation related concerns.
• Drive employee engagement activities, acting as a key point of contact for teams and leaders.
• Assist in designing and delivering engagement initiatives that align with organizational values.
• Collaborate with managers to identify employee development needs.
• Manage compliance with Egypt labor laws and internal policies.
• Ensure hiring processes are in line with organizational targets and requirements.
• Maintain accurate data and regularly audit employee files for compliance.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in an people and organisation support role with expanded responsibilities.
• Familiarity with Egypt labor laws and experience supporting compliance initiatives.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to support managers and employees.
• Location: Mall of Egypt
