You will be responsible for the day-to-day execution, prospecting, sales, and management of commercial partnership and sponsorship opportunities across Talaat Moustafa Group's commercial properties and community assets. This role is crucial for generating recurring revenue and enhancing the commercial value proposition of TMG's properties.


Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, cold-call, and pitch targeted sponsorship and partnership inventory across TMG’s commercial assets (e.g., Open Air Mall, East Hub) and integrated community amenities (e.g., Madinaty Sporting Club events, community programs).
  • Develop compelling, data-driven sales proposals and presentations that clearly articulate the value of partnering with TMG, leveraging high foot traffic data, exclusive resident demographics, and media assets.
  • Lead the negotiation of commercial terms and secure commitment letters for new partnership agreements, working toward defined quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day liaison and account manager for a portfolio of corporate partners, ensuring their objectives are met and fostering long-term relationships for renewal.
  • Manage the detailed execution and fulfillment of all contracted partner benefits, ensuring flawless delivery of signage, experiential zones, on-site events, and digital media placements within TMG properties.
  • Collaborate closely with the Commercial Leasing, Marketing, Operations, and Legal teams to ensure seamless implementation of partnerships without disrupting property operations.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of demonstrated success in B2B sales, corporate sponsorships, business development, or high-value account management, ideally within the Real Estate, Retail/Mall Management, Media/Advertising, or Leisure/Sports sectors.
  • Proven track record of independently generating leads, managing a sales pipeline, and closing commercial deals.
  • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills in both English and Arabic are mandatory.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple, detailed partner projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
