Must have agriculture degree and minimum 1 year field experience

Must have cities areas resident.

(Working Territory) 30 KMs

Salary Fixed Rs. 35000 (Including Fuel)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related field.
• Proven sales experience in agriculture or a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of related field.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
• Must have Own Bike
• Salary + Fuel & Maintenance. (Fixed)

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and promote products and services to farmers, distributors, and agribusiness clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Identify new sales opportunities and markets for agricultural products, while expanding the company’s reach within the agriculture sector.
• Provide technical advice and support to customers on product selection, usage, and benefits.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
