Job

  • Execute all initial communication and sales with prospective partners
  • Create innovate multi-channel business development strategies to connect with organizations across the US region.
  • Lead creative research projects to acquire new prospects.
  • Manage all prospects & secured leads in any CRM.
  • Create innovative business development materials and communications.
  • Exhibit how you can be creative in catching attention and not going overboard but still be smooth
  • Demonstrate the research that you would do to create a personal connection
  • Articulate and demonstrate steps would you follow to make the cold outreach a warm outreach
  • Attend regional networking opportunities & events.

Sales Skills:

  • Cold Calling: Proficiency in initiating conversations with potential leads, especially in an international context.
  • Objection Handling: Ability to respond confidently to objections and convert them into opportunities.
  • Consultative Selling: Understanding customer pain points and suggesting tailored solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the product/service being sold to explain benefits effectively.
  • Cross-Selling and Upsellingg: Identifying opportunities to offer additional products or services to clients.
  • Domain Skill: Experience with Sterling Integrator, EDI, PI, Maximo, and GenAi solutions will be an added advantage.

:

  • 4 to 10 years of experience in the covering the US market is a must.
  • Customer-oriented, extraordinary communication skills, high curiosity and eagerness to learn are must-have traits.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, highly organized, hands-on.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Self-driven, comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing (MBA/PGDM) or any related discipline
